On behalf of Lehigh University and the Alumni Association Board of Directors, we welcome you back to Lehigh for Alumni Weekend 2015! The events of Alumni Weekend are for all alumni, family, and friends of Lehigh. You can join the excitement at The Hill Block Party, ReunionFest, the Brown and White Bash after-party, and more. Stay connected and use #LehighAW to follow the events of Alumni Weekend 2015. Below, you will find a complete schedule of events and information about child care, transportation, attire and parking.

Registration

Registration is located in the main lobby of the Alumni Memorial Building and is open Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Please note, advance registration is required for all events.

Campus Bus Tour
Hosted by Gary Falasca, director of facilities services, and Julia Parker, director of campus planning. This tour leaves from University Drive and drops off at STEPS for lunch. It will provide a rare opportunity to explore the raw research space of the highly publicized Mountaintop Campus.

Tour of the Caruso Wrestling Complex
Named after Lehigh wrestling great Michael Caruso ’67—Lehigh’s three-time NCAA champion—the complex is a training ground for Lehigh athletes and includes the Hall of Champions.

Celebrate with hundreds of Lehigh alumni and friends at a festive event under the stars. Includes a hearty buffet, open wine and beer bar, and dancing. Seating is arranged by class and by interest group.

Congratulate our newest alumni—the Class of 2015—as they head out into the world at Monday’s Commencement with a procession led by members of the Class of 1965.

Child Care

 

Child care will be provided at the licensed and accredited Lehigh University Child Care Center for infants and children up to 12 years of age. Services include fun activities, snacks, and dinner (formula or milk must be provided for infants). Due to space limitations, you must register your child by April 3, 2015. Child care is $50 for first child, $25 for each additional child.

Transportation


The shuttle service dispatches from the circular driveway of the Alumni Memorial Building and picks up and drops off at most event and on-campus housing locations. Look for the “Shuttle Tent.” An off-campus shuttle service will be provided to and from the following locations:

Attire


Wear comfortable shoes and casual clothes for events during the day. Business casual is appropriate for Friday evening’s ReunionFest and Brown & White Lounge after-party, and Saturday’s class dinners. Remember, some events may take place in an outdoor tent. We suggest you bring a sweater and wear appropriate footwear.

Parking


You may park your car in any of the university lots or parking garages throughout campus. The Alumni Memorial Building parking garage is closest to the shuttle service. Parking in the campus garages is complimentary, except for metered spaces. Please note, if you park in a metered space on or off campus, you are responsible for paying the meter.
